    a. Overpayment:
    If a client mistakenly makes a payment exceeding the agreed amount for services, the
    excess amount shall be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification and
    confirmation by our accounts department. Proof of payment and transaction details must
    be provided.
    b. Missed Assessments (With Prior Notice):
    If a client is unable to attend a scheduled assessment or appointment and informs GNK
    Care Solutions at least 12 hours before the appointment time, the session may be
    rescheduled at no additional cost or, upon request, refunded within 7–10 business days.
    c. Missed Assessments (Without Prior Notice):
    If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without giving at least 12 hours’ prior
    notice, the payment for that session shall be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
    d. Service Cancellations:
    In the event of a service cancellation initiated by GNK Care Solutions, clients will receive
    either a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed time.
    e. Mode of Refund:
    Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the
    client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    f. Processing Time:
    Refund requests will be processed promptly, typically within 7–10 business days after
    verification. Processing times may vary depending on the client’s financial institution.
